Moving

Ahh!! I am finally out from the city!!! It sure feels good to be out of the city. Last weekend was the busiest weekend ever, Rose's family came down from Ontario, canada.  We experinced lot of obstacles during that weekend, for example: Hitch. We had a hard time finding uhaul store to install the hitch to her mother's mini van 2003 Ford Windstar SEL, very nice van, DC uhaul was no help they did not contact othe uhaul to see if they had class 2 hitch for us... just left it to us. We bought our own hitch to install it in van but the parts were missing from the hitch, dammit. On sat morning we got up really early to go back to dc uhaul to ask if they had class 2 hitch... Again same answer, NOOOO... We had to get some food for the family and I searched uhaul online and I found other uhaul in Hyattsville, MD which is 15 mins drive from our old apt. We went there with hopes of getting hitch. We asked the uhaul employee if they had class 2 hitch, yes they had it! We just felt that the cloud opened up and let the sun ray shine above us. They said the install was going to be 3 hours, what!?. I knew that I would have taken 3 hours to install hitch myself but them? Heck, no! It turns out that they finished it less than hour and they hooked up 5X8 trailer. We did not actually start packing the trailer until 9pm on sat nite and 9 am sunday, they left after we finished packing. I was left alone in the mess... it had to be the messiest one in my whole life... I called up my friend and some other brothers. One of my brothers helped me out all day and I am very grateful for his help.

It was very weird when I arrived at my mother's home... One of my brothers helped me unload things to basement. When all of the moving was over, I literally fell apart, hardly could keep my eye lid open at all, and it was a bliss being in my home with my mother. Now, for commute, you have no idea how happy I am with the commute! I drive from my home to MSD less than 20 mins... hahaha! In less than 3 and half weeks, I will be actually closing my chapter in MD and start new chapter in Ontario, Canada.

Hey Everybody!

It's been long time since I blogged, haha... Too long I know.. I thought I'd blog now.

- One more week of living in the gorgeous dumpster apartment that has been infested by roaches. Thanks to our three feline boys, I love them! They do their job by playing with them and killing them.

- But the downs is that Rosie will be gone to canada and I will not see her for month... But I'll make do with my lovesickness by cramming a time with my family and friends 'fore I head up north for good.

- Less than 115 days to the wedding, I am not feeling nervous or whatsoever but maybe few hours before the wedding I'll be nervous wreck. I will not be nervous because I'll be marrying Rosie, I'll be nervous not knowing if the wedding will go smoothly.

- Outdoors, it will happen at canada! I am excited.

That is all I have to say now. I'll blog, until later peoples.

Life

My daily routine-

At DC- I start my day 7 or 8 am

At frederick- I start my day at 10 am

I commute 52.2 miles one way so that is total of 106 miles a day.

I go to workout at Gold Gym around 10:30 that is if I am at frederick, when I drive all way from DC I usually start 11:30 to noon. I spend hour and half in the gym, doing treadmills for 15 to 20 mins, hitting the weights, and get showered get ready for work.

I start work at 2 PM on normal days but; every other thursdays I start work 1:45 PM.

On Normal days I finish at 10 pm but overtime occurs when coworkers is absent or taking personal leave, sick leave, or whatever event they have. On overtime I usually work 16 to 18 hour shift- painstaking job!

I admit that I do really enjoy working as a Student Life Counselor but making ends meet is really tough. After working for 6 months, I finally realized what I was missing. I am looking for a job that would put my degree into use. I have started applying jobs at Gallaudet but I will need to apply outside of Gallaudet because there is no guarantee that I will get job at Gallaudet. I feel that with better salary and better job, I can be as productive as I want to be and improve myself. I need to excel in few ways.

Positivity- it does make a difference in lives, being positive can bring you up to the levels where you would not imagine. Negative attitude is strong force because it does actually jeopardize people's lives. Being positive is the best thing you can imagine... Be who you are and be true to yourself, know what you can do and cannot do.

Motorcycle, I will need to take a class, once I pass this class... I AM FREE TO RIDE ANY BIKE!
